Venezuelan Spring Rolls
A delicious and crispy Venezuelan-inspired spring roll dish filled with warm, smoky flavors.
Ingredients
- β4 Warm flour tortillas
- β1 cup Spring vegetable mix (carrots, zucchini, bell peppers)
- β1/2 cup Smoked cheese, crumbled
- β1 tsp Venezuelan spices (cumin, oregano, paprika)
- β1 tsp Olive oil
- β1 Egg, beaten
- β Salt and pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together the spring vegetable mix, smoked cheese, Venezuelan spices, and olive oil.

3. Place a warm flour tortilla on a flat surface.

4. Brush the edges of the tortilla with the beaten egg.

5. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the vegetable mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

6. Roll the tortilla into a tight cylinder and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

8. Bake the spring rolls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
