Barramundi Bokkeum
A spicy Korean-style fish dish with smoky flavors, featuring barramundi as the main ingredient.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons warm gochujang saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 teaspoon smoked paprikaadd smokiness
- β1 tablespoon brown sugarbalances heat
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup green onionsthinly sliced
- β1 cup bokkeum (Korean stir-fry mix)store-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β1 teaspoon sesame oiloptional

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the barramundi fillets with salt and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

While the fish is baking, heat 1 tablespoon of warm gochujang sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the brown sugar and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.

Remove the fish from the oven and place it on a plate.

Drizzle the warm gochujang sauce over the fish and sprinkle with thinly sliced green onions.
