Polish Fruit Pilaf
A simple and flavorful pilaf dish with dried fruits, perfect as a side or light dessert.

- β1 cup Polish pilafpreferably uncooked
- β1 cup Dried fruitmix of cranberries, raisins and cherries
- β1/2 cup Warm milkoptional
- β1/2 cup Fruitfresh or dried apricots or prunes
- β2 tbsp Honeyadjust to taste

Instructions

Heat the pilaf according to package instructions.

Add the dried fruit to the pilaf and mix well.

If using, heat the milk in a separate pan and pour it over the pilaf mixture.

Add the fresh fruit and honey to the pilaf mixture and mix well.
