Char Siu Tofu Stir Fry
A classic Chinese-inspired dish made with char siu-glazed tofu, served with a side of steamed vegetables.

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofupressed and drained
- β1/4 cup Char Siu Saucehomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp Siu Sauce ingredients: hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugarsee note
- β1 tsp Vegetable oilfor cooking
- β1 cup Scallionschopped
- β1-inch piece Gingersliced
- β1 bunch Bok Choychopped

Instructions

Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the chopped scallions and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until they start to soften.

Add the char siu-glazed tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it starts to brown.

Add the chopped bok choy and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until it starts to wilt.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
