Roasted Portuguese Chicken
A delicious and flavorful dish featuring roasted chicken with a mix of spices and herbs, inspired by traditional Portuguese cuisine.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get some under the skin as well.

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and put it in the oven.

Roast the chicken for about 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
