German Potato Ramen
A hearty twist on traditional ramen, featuring warm, roasted potatoes and Russet potatoes.

- β1 package warm Japanese ramen noodles
- β1 large roasted potatoespre-cooked
- β2 tsp shio ramen seasoning
- β2 tbsp unsalted butter
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Cut the Russet potatoes into 1-inch cubes and roast for 20 minutes.
