Pan-Seared Brussels Sprouts Braise
A hearty, comforting side dish that combines the earthy sweetness of Brussels sprouts with the rich flavor of a Ukrainian-inspired braise.

- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- βto taste Salt

- β1 cup Beef broth
- β2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and caramelized, about 20 minutes.
