Baked Bass with Norwegian Flair
A delicious and healthy baked sea bass dish infused with warm and peppery flavors, reminiscent of traditional Norwegian cuisine.

- β2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp gingergrated
- β1 tsp black pepperfreshly ground
- β1 tsp garlic powderoptional

- βchopped fresh parsleyoptional garnish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the sea bass fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
