Cauliflower Ouzi
A warm and flavorful eastern dish made with roasted cauliflower and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 head cauliflower
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon pepper
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- βto taste warm spices (optional)

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Rinse the cauliflower and break it into florets.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the cauliflower to the bowl and toss to coat with the spice mixture.

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and warm spices (if using).
