- β1 package (16 oz) Knafeh doughavailable at middle eastern markets
- β1/2 cup Unsalted buttersoftened
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Almond slivers
- β1/4 cup Confectioners' sugar
- β1 tsp Rose wateroptional
- β2 tbsp Pistachio mealoptional

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the knafeh dough into small pieces and place on a baking sheet.
