Mediterranean Frittata
A warm and savory Italian-style omelette filled with Mediterranean flavors, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup, crumbled warm feta cheeseat room temperature
- β1/4 cup, chopped fresh parsley
- β1/2 cup, sliced Kalamata olives, pitted
- β1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- β2 cloves garlic, minced

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
