Kenyan-Style Dumplings with Warm German Sauce

Ingredients

- β2 tsp kenyan spice blend
- β12-16 wrappers dumpling wrappers
- β1 pound german sausage
- β1 medium onion
- β1 tsp caraway seeds
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 tsp black pepper
- β1/2 cup german beer
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the dumplings according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, cook the german sausage over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the caraway seeds, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
