- ●1/2 cup, breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp, grated cheddar crumble

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, melted butter, and dried thyme. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
