Empanada Stuffed Sausage German Sausage
A traditional German sausage with an Argentinian twist, using empanada filling and served with a side of speck.
Ingredients
- β2 sprigs Fresh thyme
- β200g SpeckThinly sliced
- β400g Empanada filling
- β500g Argentinian sausage (Chorizo)
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Black pepper
- βto taste Salt
- β4-6 Bun or roll
- βoptional Mustard
Instructions

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Slice the onion and cook until translucent.

3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

4. Add the sliced speck and cook until crispy.

5. Add the empanada filling and cook until heated through.

6. Slice the Argentinian sausage and add to the skillet.

7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the sausage is browned.

8. Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
