Japanese Beef Skillet
A quick and savory Japanese-inspired beef skillet dish, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons warm soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon dutch mustard
- β2 tablespoons skillet oil
- β1/4 cup sliced green onions
- β1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- β1 tablespoon grated ginger
- β1 teaspoon sugar
- β1 cup sliced bell peppers
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Heat skillet oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add more oil if necessary, then add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
