Tandoori Chicken Skewers

- β250ml yogurtplain, unflavored
- β2 tablespoons tandoori masalaavailable at most Indian grocery stores
- β1 teaspoon garam masalawarm, aromatic spice blend
- β1 teaspoon cumin powderwarm, earthy spice
- β1 teaspoon coriander powdermild, citrusy spice
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor brushing skewers
- β1 medium red onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium bell pepperthinly sliced

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, tandoori masala, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and lemon juice.
