Spanish Shrimp Fideua
A seafood twist on the classic Spanish paella dish, made with fideua noodles, succulent shrimp, and warm Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients

- β1 pound Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilextra virgin
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Tomatodiced
- β1 cup Chicken brothlow-sodium
- β1 teaspoon Paprikasmoked
- β1/2 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepperto taste
- β2 Lemon wedgesoptional

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Add the diced tomato, chicken broth, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the fideua noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the seafood and sauce.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked through.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
