Warm Spanish Pisto Tart
A Spanish-inspired tart filled with warm, roasted pisto and topped with crispy manchego cheese.

- β1/2 cup, crumbled Manchego cheese
- β1 sheet, thawed Bake
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- β1 sprig Fresh thyme
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the bake and place in a 9-inch tart pan.

In a large bowl, mix together pisto, crumbled manchego cheese, olive oil, salt, thyme, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
