Keto Rajma Curry
A flavorful and spicy curry made with kidney beans in an Indian-inspired tomato sauce. This recipe is suitable for a keto diet.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup Tomato sauceMake sure to choose a sugar-free and low-carb tomato sauce.
- ●2 tablespoons Ghee or coconut oilFor added flavor and nutrition.
- ●1 small OnionThinly sliced or diced.
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced or crushed.
- ●1 teaspoon Garam masalaAdjust to taste.
- ●1 teaspoon Cumin powderAdjust to taste.
- ●1 teaspoon Coriander powderAdjust to taste.
- ●1/2 teaspoon SaltAdjust to taste.

Add the garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
