Crispy Greek Gyro Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with crispy gyro meat, tangy feta cheese, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- β4-6 wraps Warm Pita Bread
- β1 package Crisp Gyro Meat
- β1 block Greek Feta Cheese
- β2 medium Tomato
- β1 medium Red Onion
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- β1 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Cook the gyro meat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until crispy and cooked through.

Warm the pita bread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Slice the cooked gyro meat into thin strips.
