Warm Brazilian Flatbread
A traditional Brazilian flatbread recipe with a crispy crust and warm interior, perfect for snacking.

- β 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- β 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- β 1/4 cup of warm milkoptional

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.

2. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour.

4. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

5. Divide the dough into 4-6 equal pieces, depending on how large you want your flatbreads to be.
