Canadian Corn Casserole
A classic Canadian casserole dish featuring sweet corn, warm spices, and a crispy topping.
Ingredients

- ●6 slices Baconcrumbled
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- ●1 cup Milk
- ●1 cup Cheddar cheeseshredded

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, cook the crumbled bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.

Add the frozen corn to the skillet and cook until thawed.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.

Add the cooked bacon, onion, and corn mixture to the bowl and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
