Irish Hash Browns
Crispy and delicious hash browns made with irish potatoes, perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup Warm oilfor frying
- ●1/4 cup Hashoptional for added flavor

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Soak the grated potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Drain the potatoes and squeeze out as much water as possible using a clean kitchen towel.

Heat the warm oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the grated potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Use a spatula to shape the potatoes into a flat layer.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
