Warm Chicken Stew
A hearty and comforting stew made with warm spices and tender chicken, perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breast
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon ground cumin Warm spices
- β1 cup Argentinian red wine
- β2 cups Stew
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- β1 can (14.5 oz) Tomatoes
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the cumin and cook for 1 minute.

Add the wine and cook until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
