Spicy Norwegian Frittata
A flavorful and spicy twist on a classic Norwegian dish. This frittata is perfect for brunch or a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 Vividly colored bell peppers
- β2 Spicy Norwegian sausage
- β1 Onion
- β2 Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 cup shredded Cheese (Norwegian if possible)

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Remove from heat.

3. In the same skillet, add the onion and bell peppers and cook until softened.

4. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Pour the egg mixture over the cooked sausage and vegetables in the skillet.
