Polish Pork Skewers with Glazed Onions
A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring pork skewers with a sweet and sticky glaze made from onions. Perfect for a quick dinner or barbecue.
Ingredients
- β500g pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubescut into uniform pieces for even cooking
- β200g glazed onionsstore-bought or homemade
- β200g polish sausage, slicedoptional, but adds flavor and texture
- β2 vividly colored bell peppersany color, sliced
- β10 skewerssoak in water for at least 30 minutes before use
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing skewers before cooking
- β salt and pepperto taste
- β1 tsp garlic powderoptional, but adds depth of flavor

2. Thread pork, sausage (if using), bell peppers, and onions onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.

3. Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).

4. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until pork is cooked through and slightly charred.

5. Meanwhile, heat glaze in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm and bubbly.
