Syrian Lamb Shawarma
A classic Syrian dish featuring thinly sliced lamb served in a warm pita with your choice of toppings.
Ingredients

- β4-6 pita FlatbreadWarm or toasted
- β2 tablespoons VividlyMiddle Eastern spice blend
- β1/4 cup FlakyCrushed sumac
- β2 tablespoons SyrianPomegranate molasses

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Thread the lamb onto skewers, if using.

3. Brush the lamb with a little oil and season with vividly and flaky.

4. Grill the lamb for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

5. Warm the flatbread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven for 5 minutes.

6. Assemble the shawarma by placing a few slices of lamb onto each pita, followed by a spoonful of yogurt sauce and a sprinkle of flaky.
