Vivid Mediterranean Pasta
A simple yet flavorful dish that combines the crunch of vivid ingredients with the taste of the Mediterranean.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Pappardelle
- β3 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1/4 cup Crispy capers
- β1 pint Vivid cherry tomatoes
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- β2 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pappardelle according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the crispy capers and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the vivid cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to release their juices.
