Vino Verde Tarta
A tangy and flaky pastry filled with a refreshing vino verde and verde sauce, topped with a sweet tarta crumble.

- β2 cups Verde
- β1 cup Tarta
- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter
- β1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 Egg
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

Add cold butter and use a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Press dough into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

In a separate bowl, whisk together vino verde, verde, and egg.
