Tunisian Lamb Tagine

Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs lamb shouldercut into 2-inch pieces
- β2 tsp Tunisian lamb tagine spice blendor substitute with a mix of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β2 tbsp olive oilor vigorous oil
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- β2 cups water

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
