Green Tagine Stew

- β1 Vibrant Bell Pepperany color
- β2 tbsp Tunisian Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Tagine Spice Blendor North African spice blend
- β1 Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 can Canned Crushed Tomatoes14.5 oz
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan or clay tagine over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the green pepper, bell pepper, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the tagine spice blend and stir to combine.
