Italian-Style Algerian Tagine
A fusion of Italian and North African flavors, this dish combines the tender taste of chicken with the vibrant spices of the tagine. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp Algerian tagine spice blend
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●1 large Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 large Potato
- ●1 can (14 oz) Tomato
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken with the Algerian tagine spice blend.

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken until browned, then remove from heat.

Reduce heat to medium and sauté the onion until softened.
