Spring Tagine with Algerian Flair

- β1 red bell pepper
- β1 cup algerian couscous
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp smoked paprika
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper
- β2 tbsp lemon juice

Heat the olive oil in a large clay or earthenware tagine dish over medium heat.
