Mediterranean Omelette
A flavorful and light omelette filled with the taste of the Mediterranean, perfect for any meal. This dish is packed with protein and can be made in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- β4 Vibrant EggLarge eggs, separated
- β1 tsp Mediterranean Omelette Spice MixA blend of herbs and spices found in mediterranean cuisine
- β2 tbsp Light Feta CheeseCrumbly feta cheese for added protein and flavor
- β1 tsp Fresh ParsleyChopped parsley for garnish
- β1 clove GarlicMinced garlic for added flavor

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Add the mediterranean omelette spice mix and mix well.

2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.

3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over half of the omelette.

5. Use a spatula to gently fold the other half of the omelette over the feta cheese.
