Vegan Italian Pasta Bake
A flavorful and satisfying vegan pasta bake that combines the best of Italian and vibrant flavors. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved vibrant
- β1 cup vegan marinara sauce italian
- β1 cup vegan shredded mozzarella cheese bake
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 tsp dried basil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to release their juices.

Stir in marinara sauce and dried basil. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomato sauce mixture, and vegan mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
