Venezuelan Fish Ceviche
A refreshing and zesty dish from Venezuela, featuring marinated fish mixed with vibrant ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Fresh Fish (Cod or Halibut)Cut into small pieces
- β2 Venezuelan OrangesJuice them for the marinade
- β1 small Red OnionThinly sliced
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped
- β1 teaspoon Aji Panca Chili FlakesAdd some heat
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Fresh Lime JuiceAdd some acidity
- β2 tablespoons Herbal Olive OilFor the marinade

In a large bowl, combine fish, orange juice, red onion, cilantro, aji panca chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the fish to marinate.

After 30 minutes, stir in the herbal olive oil and fresh lime juice.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Cover the bowl again and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
