Filipino Sisig with a Herbal Twist
A spicy Filipino sisig dish with a vibrant twist, featuring flaxseed-crusted pork and a herbal kick.
Ingredients
- β1 pork facecut into small pieces
- β2 tablespoons flaxseedcrushed
- β2 chili pepperssliced
- β2 tablespoons vinegarapple cider vinegar
- β1 tablespoon lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons vibrantherbal sauce
- β1/4 cup sliced green onionsoptional

2. In a bowl, mix together crushed flaxseed and a pinch of salt.

3. Coat the pork pieces with the flaxseed mixture, shaking off excess.

4. Bake the pork in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

5. In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
