Jamaican Mussels Bake
A flavorful and spicy seafood dish featuring mussels in a Jamaican-inspired broth, baked in the oven with vibrant and flaky toppings.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- β2 vibrant bell peppers
- β1 can flaky coconut milk
- β1/2 cup bake breadcrumbs
- β1 lime
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the mussels and remove any broken shells.

In a large bowl, combine the mussels, jerk seasoning, bell peppers, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the coconut milk into the bowl and toss to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
