Crispy Korean Tofu Dumplings
A crispy and flavorful Asian-inspired dish featuring pan-fried dumplings filled with marinated tofu, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β1/2 cup Vibrant vegetable oil
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofupressed and drained
- β20-25 pieces Dumplingshomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- β1 tsp, grated Ginger
- β1/4 cup, thinly sliced Green onions

Prepare the marinade by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger in a shallow dish.

Cut the tofu into small cubes and add it to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Heat 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the dumplings to the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).

Flip the dumplings and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove the dumplings from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.

Increase the heat to high and add the remaining 1/4 cup of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

Add the green onions to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.

Serve the tofu and green onions on top of the crispy dumplings.
