Spicy Korean Jjigae
A hearty, spicy Korean stew made with sujjuk and mushrooms. Serve with a side of rice.

- β250g mushroomany variety, sliced
- β2 cups blanch

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the sujjuk and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes.
