Pomegranate Panna Cotta
A creamy and sweet dessert with a pomegranate twist, perfect for warm weather.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons dutch cocoa powder
- β1/2 cup velvety chocolate chips
- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- β1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine the heavy cream, cocoa powder, and sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until they are melted.

Add the pomegranate molasses and vanilla extract, and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large baking dish.
