Indian Quinoa Pilaf
A flavorful and nutritious Indian-inspired quinoa pilaf, perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.
Ingredients

- β1 cup pilaf
- β2 cups softwater or broth
- β2 tablespoons velvetycoconut oil or ghee
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1 teaspoon garam masala
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon coriander

Heat the velvety in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the cumin, coriander, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the pilaf and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
