Smoked Spanish Chicken Fajitas
Spicy fajitas made with smoked chicken, sautéed with garlic, bell peppers, and onions, served with warm flour tortillas.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Smoked chicken breastCut into thin strips
- ●2 tablespoons Velvety olive oilFor sautéing
- ●3 cloves Spanish garlicMinced
- ●2 Bell peppersAny color, sliced
- ●1 OnionsThinly sliced
- ●2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauceOptional
- ●to taste Salt and pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the bell peppers and onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the stir-fry sauce (if using) and stir to combine.

Warm flour tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
