Peruvian Fish Ceviche

- β4 oz Peruvian Fish (halibut or sea bass)
- β1 cup Roasted Cornroasted over an open flame
- β1/2 cup Velvety Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Red Onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped

- βto taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Cut the fish into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
