Creamy Moroccan Sweetcorn Soup
A comforting and flavorful soup that combines the sweetness of sweetcorn with the spices of Morocco. Velvety texture adds a luxurious touch.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Sweetcorn
- β2 tablespoons Velvetymay substitute with heavy cream
- β1 teaspoon Moroccan spice blend
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β4 cups Chicken broth
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
