Baked Mackerel Tamales

- β12 Corn Husks
- β2 tsp Mexican Spice Mix
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Soak corn husks in water for at least 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together Mexican spice mix, lime juice, cilantro, butter, salt, and black pepper.

Place a mackerel fillet in the center of a corn husk, leaving a 1-inch border around the fish.

Brush the spice mix mixture on the mackerel fillet, then fold the corn husk to enclose the fish.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Place the tamales in a steamer basket, steam for 12-15 minutes, or until the corn husks are tender.
