Thai Dal Fry
A flavorful and nutritious Thai-inspired dal fry made with toor dal, onions, and spices.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Toor Dal
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 tbsp Greek Velvety Yogurtfor serving
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β2 tbsp Thai Stir Fry Sauce
- β1 tsp Fry Spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric)
- βto taste Salt
- β2 cups Water

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until translucent.

Add fry spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add toor dal and water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the dal is tender.

Stir in Thai stir fry sauce.
