German Hash and Potato Gratin
A creamy, golden German side dish made with crispy potatoes and a rich velvety sauce.

- β1 cup Hashgolden-brown diced potatoes
- β1 cup Velvety sauceor substitute with sour cream and milk mixture
- β2 tablespoons Buttermelted
- β1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish
- β Salt and pepperto taste

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large saucepan, combine the sliced potatoes, hash, and melted butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.

In a separate saucepan, heat the velvety sauce over low heat until warm and creamy.
