German Beef Stew
Hearty and comforting, this German beef stew is perfect for a chilly evening. The velvety texture from the addition of beer gives it a rich flavor.
Ingredients

- β2 cups beef broth
- β1 cup german beer
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the beef, then remove it from the pot.
