Taleggio Lasagna
A creamy, cheesy lasagna dish featuring the rich flavors of Taleggio cheese. This Italian-inspired recipe is sure to become a favorite.
Ingredients
- β8-10 sheets Lasagna noodles
- β8 oz (225g) Taleggio cheesesoftened
- β8 oz (225g) Mascarpone cheesesoftened
- β1 cup grated Fermented Italian cheese (e.g. Parmesan)
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh parsley
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Italian seasoning
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine Taleggio cheese, mascarpone cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to combine.

In a separate bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

In a large baking dish, spread a layer of the cheese mixture on the bottom.

Arrange 4 cooked lasagna noodles on top of the cheese layer.

Spread half of the remaining cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the Parmesan cheese mixture.

Repeat the layers, starting with the noodles, then the cheese mixture, and finally the Parmesan cheese mixture.

Drizzle the top with olive oil and season with salt to taste.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
